Our private studio in Bowen Hills has been designed with plenty of space for you to learn how to move well. We show you the correct technique for your exercises and give you time to practice each one so that you can perform them at home throughout the week.

You can book in for a personalised 1:1 session with our experienced Exercise Physiologist.

You can also join a semi-private group exercise classes.
