Whether you’re dealing with injury, pain or a chronic condition, we’re here to help you restore mobility, movement and function through manual therapy.
Our mantra at Choose 2 Move is that exercise is medicine. You’ll often here us talk about prescribing exercise just as your doctor talks about prescribing medicine.
So, what do we mean?
Physiotherapy can help restore, maintain and improve your movement, strength and function with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and education, allowing you to move well and perform at your peak.

Physiotherapists are highly trained to diagnose and manage conditions relating to your bones and joints, muscles, cardiovascular system and nerves (among other things).
Our role is to help you maximise your potential and feel strong in your body. We help you prevent and recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and thrive at each stage of life.

Both our Bowen Hills and Rosewood clinics offer private Physiotherapy sessions. Our team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists work together to deliver a tailored program designed for your abilities and goals.

You can book in for a personalised 1:1 session with our experienced Physiotherapists.

You can also join a semi-private group exercise classes.

You can also join our group exercise classes for additional support and motivation.
