Whether you’re dealing with injury, pain or a chronic condition, we’re here to help you restore mobility, movement and function through manual therapy.
Physiotherapists are highly trained to diagnose and manage conditions relating to your bones and joints, muscles, cardiovascular system and nerves (among other things).
Our role is to help you maximise your potential and feel strong in your body. We help you prevent and recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and thrive at each stage of life.

Our mantra at Choose 2 Move is that exercise is medicine. Indeed, we even talk about prescribing exercise just as your doctor talks about prescribing medicine.
So, what do we mean?
Your body is built to move. Exercise is vital part of a healthy lifestyle. It does wonders for your physical and mental health, improving your blood circulation, energy levels, blood pressure, blood glucose, muscle strength, bones and joints.

That’s why we now see exercise not just as a component of a healthy lifestyle but as a first-line treatment for many chronic conditions, including osteoarthritis, back pain, diabetes, depression and cardiovascular disease.
An exercise prescription is a personally tailored plan to improve your fitness and your health. It sets certain goals then outlines the type, frequency and intensity of exercises you should do each week to reach those goals. Your physiotherapist creates your exercise plan after listening to your medical history and examining you thoroughly.
Following a regular exercise routine helps you to increase muscle mass and bone density, lower your blood pressure, reduce fat and improve biomarkers.
Our private studio in Bowen Hills has been designed with plenty of space for you to learn how to move well. We show you the correct technique for your exercises and give you time to practice each one so that you can perform them at home throughout the week.

You can book in for a personalised 1:1 session with our experienced Physiotherapists.

You can also join a semi-private group exercise classes.

You can also join our group exercise classes for additional support and motivation.
